Its founders worked together for more than a decade before establishing the company. They shared a respect for the craft of electrical work and a clear purpose: to deliver projects for clients who recognise the long-term value of work done properly.

Valour’s experience spans heavy industry, major infrastructure, network electrical works, commercial construction and residential installations.
The team’s background in demanding industrial and infrastructure environments informs its approach to planning, safety and execution. Working around operational equipment, controlled access and other contractors requires preparation, coordination and close attention to detail.
Those disciplines carry through to commercial and residential projects, bringing the same care to a switchboard upgrade or supply connection as to a major construction project.
Our team brings decades of industry experience and a shared commitment to delivering high-quality electrical solutions. With practical knowledge across complex projects and everyday installations, we work together to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
Moses brings two decades of experience across five states and territories, with a background in heavy industry, petrochemical, gas, instrumentation and power distribution.
His focus is on understanding client needs and maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.
Claudiu spent a decade with one of Australia’s largest construction companies before establishing his own business. His background includes large-scale electrical projects across heavy industry, infrastructure, roadworks, commercial and residential construction.
He has also led and trained teams across Level 1 and Level 2 ASP works, combining practical construction experience with team leadership.
Lee brings more than three decades of industry experience, including 25 years as a Level 2 ASP electrician.
He contributes extensive field knowledge and a strong commitment to transparency, accountability and quality workmanship.
We take a practical and transparent approach, keeping you informed from the first conversation through to long after the project is complete.
Valour takes time to understand the client’s needs, assess the site and explain the available options. Recommendations are presented in plain language so clients understand what is proposed, why it is suitable and what the work involves.
Components are selected for the demands of the installation. Quality, operating requirements and provision for future upgrades inform those choices.
